A hidden place deep in the heart of Dorset with Dolmen Grove. Kit and Mr B were honoured to attend the Dolmen Grove’s spectacular Beltane celebrations. The local (but internationally recognised) band The Dolmen played a lively set in a marquee, and Kit and Mr B are big fans of their wonderful music. This was followed later by the time-honoured custom of burning a huge wicker man – and it was nothing like either of the films! There’s something very exciting about taking part in an ancient ceremony, and despite the very wet rain, it was an amazing experience. Many thanks to Midnight Man for the invitation!
